Francesca Designs is a creation and a passion I came into while being a housewife. I thought and I dreamt of this passion of mine for a long time. One day I just said to myself, "I am going to finally do this". And after months of researching and creating, my new line of affordable jewelry came to fruition. I have created this line which is meant to be fun and can be worn with just about anything. All are classic, fun pieces.
I use a variety of color for seasons and for moods. Since the gemstones are raw from nature there may be slight variations in color. This is normal.
I also own and operate a store selling designer clothing. I'm in touch with what is new in fashion and what the seasons ahead are calling for. Being able to work from home has afforded me the time it takes to research and discover aspects of fashion. And to realize not every person has the same taste. Variety is important and with this jewelry line, I believe I have achieved variety. There will always be new pieces posted....but as fashion moves ahead and tastes change, there will always be room for FRANCESCA DESIGNS.

Here at Francesca Designs we ship daily and your item(s) ship within 24 hours of your order being placed, as long as it is in stock. Your item(s) ship via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $5.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: Items shipped to international countries are also shipped via USPS Priority Mail. With this service, a tracking number is provided. Rates for this are a flat rate of $20.00.
At Francesca Designs we want to create a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything within reason to remedy the situation.
ORDER/RETURN POLICY
When you place an order on Francesca Designs, you are making a purchase which is an agreement to pay the charge for your item as it is listed. And in return your item is shipped promptly with 24 hours. If for some reason your item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified and either a refund will be given or the buyer has the right to choose another item. If that item is of higher value, buyer must pay difference, if the item is of lesser value, Francesca Designs will promptly reimburse the difference.
Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
Returns & exchanges are accepted on all items EXCEPT SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return.
Please email returns@shopfrancescadesigns.com before sending a return to receive a return authorization number and to let us know the reason for the return/exchange. The RA# must be written on the outside of your package.
Any unauthorized returns (no RA#), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after 15 days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the item returned to sender.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please be advised shipping is free, but in returning an item, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your credit to be applied. Your refund will be in the original form as your payment made.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and the goods will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.
